Good sushi and enjoyed that it was all you can eat! Service was good too! Just bummed that they didn't have sugar alternatives or dr.pepper but overall a great experience! Also be prepared to wait! The line is always long.

What can I say, I'm a creature of habit =) This is our go to place and we frequent Sake 2 Me at minimum. 2x a month. Often more then minimum visits occur. Lol.......(4x a month for lent) With all the churn recently though, it changes the vibe. While everyone who helps us is usually great, there is something to be said about regular employees who make regular customers feel comfortable, welcomed, remembered and appreciated. Mary, Anthony C, Anthony with the hair, Tyus, the crew and so many others that keeps us returning because it's the little things. Their continuous appreciation of me and my family as customers makes me refer and bring guests all the time. My only recent criticisms are that basically: 1- what is going on with the churn of employees? Why are we losing so many good ones? Where are my regulars? 2-The peppered salmon is coming super seared and super hot to the table, that isn't how it usually is served and consistency is key! Not liking the inconsistency on the peppered salmon. 3- Cuts of fish , need to be consistent throughout the order 4- timing of placing order to receiving my items. 5- You should allow the addition of "extras" or a la carte items to be added to the all you can eat menu. Some items are limited quantities under the AYCE. Those should be allowed for ala carte purchase, like extra blue fin or extra smoked salmon, etc etc... 6- there should be a children's menu that is specific to children so that an adult AYCE is t required and the kids can focus on their child portion meals. In a time with so much competition, what keeps me staying loyal to Sake 2 me in Cerritos is definitely the staff. If you guys get rid of Mary, Tyus, Any of the Anthony's, or our regular crew, I think we would have to phase out Sake 2 me. We travel a distance to get there and half the experience is how we are treated. While they keep my regulars they keep us as clientele. I have worked over 35 years in the world and to me Happy Staff...... The well paid, well treated staff will inherently just exude good service. It's the circle of service, treat them well and they will treat your customers well. Good job Sake 2 me! Keep these excellent people , I don't want to lose my favorite spot! Last suggestion, offer ginger beer or ginger ale on the drink options =) See you in a couple of days, I'm looking forward to our date night. If you haven't tried this place, you need to. I highly recommend: Bluefin Peppered salmon Tuna Salmon Yellowtail The garlic butter edamame Baked mussels The rolls are super fresh!! You will not be disappointed!

Make sure you put your name on the list through Yelp this place is busy.My wait time was one hour but I was close enough to be on the Yelp wait list and my wait time was also extended at time point. Service was great sushi was ok. The place is busy but the team is fast once you start ordering. Overall I would go back but not if i wanted to impress someone or a special occasion. But yes to a quick lunch or dinner date. The restaurant is all you can eat but all you CAN'T eat will be charge!

Sushi is my all time favorite!! I had been looking for good quality AYCE and I am so glad I came across this spot. Yes yes I know, it gets crowded but if you try it you would understand! The service once you're seated is AMAZING! The staff is always always helpful and attentive. We usually don't order rolls we always order the sushi and sashimi because the fish is so fresh and they prepare it so well. My mouth is literally watering as I type this. We love the spicy garlic edamame and always order the bulgogi beef too. I wish I could shout out every waiter but I don't remember their names. I do remember the name of our waiter the last time we went, Lucas. You're the homie!! Great service!! My bf and I go here AT LEAST once a month..the last time we went we kinda felt like Steve the manager recognized us. He has always been friendly and helpful so I hate seeing the negative reviews about him. We've seen him interact with upset customers and honestly some customers are just rude and Steve doesn't allow them to be rude to his staff. You can tell he has his staff's back!! Yall complain about the dumbest things.

The ratio's with fish and rice are really really really stellar. One standout item is the pepper salmon, which is always a crowd favorite. The restaurant also offers smaller portion sizes for appetizers and other dishes, which is great for sampling a variety of options without overeating. We often celebrate birthdays here because it's perfect for groups, making it an ideal spot for special occasions. The food is absolutely delicious, and considering the price, it's a great deal. If you're not careful, you might find yourself overeating since everything tastes so good. Overall, Sake 2 Me is the perfect spot for a fun and satisfying sushi experience.

This food was amazing and very delicious and is for sure a go to spot for sushi now. It has fast and good service and everyone is very polite. The setting was really cool with the culture and has very pretty art.

We ordered to go this time instead of eating there. Each time we eat there, the wait is dependent on what time we go. If we go when they open, wait is about 15 mins depending on how big parties are. For weekends, wait is insane and can be up to 45-60 mins. They get busy and parking lot is insane since it's a busy plaza. The restaurant is dim light and noise level is average. Good amount of seating. Anyways- we ordered online (probably cost more online then in person but it's for convenience so whatever) order was ready within 15-20 mins and there's two space available for pickup orders so that was nice not having to fight for parking. They usually don't give much ginger for to go orders so if you want more, you have to ask. Better than being charged on the app. Food was delicious as always and fed 3 ppl!

James was an amazing waiter always checking on us. Sushi was worth the wait. Restroom was clean. Good vibes all around from staff and other customers.

One of my favorite sushi AYCE!! Food here is always fresh and delicious. They have great selection of sushi, rolls, and even the Japanese entree like tempura, teriyaki, udon, and salad. My favorite is baked lobster roll and oh my double shrimp. The food comes out quickly and the service is great. The staff is nice and helpful. This place is always crowded, I always waited around one hour. You also can put your name on the list online. They also take reservations if you plan ahead of time. Even though the wait time is always long, but it's totally worth it!!
